This is a great idea. There are so many things I want to say to my 10 month old grandson, Max. I have made him 2 books and will continue doing the photo books. He loves music. When we are alone, I sing to him. I love this idea of a meditation video. Your blog has motivated me to write a new blog What's Nana Doing? I like your site. I will have a link to it on my blog. Will add you to my blog list.

What a great idea. Children need help learning how to relax. Good stuff.

Since My Mom raised me on her own and she had to work a lot as a RN I spent a lot of time with my grandparents. Nothing was more comforting than hearing my grandmothers voice. I think it's a great idea to make a CD of grandparents voice to relax children. Kenneth Gibbons LLC

Susan,
I don't think anything is better than actually hearing the grandparents' voice gently talking to them over meditative music and having an adventure together. Your granddaughter is a little tightly wound, might really like something like this. She just has lie down comfortably and listen to the CD for about 15 minutes. It is so relaxing and refreshing. I am going to make them for my other grandchildren too.
Thanks for the comment.

I never thought of making a meditation CD for my grandkids. We bought a kids' yoga DVD for my oldest grandchild, who is a little tightly wound. But she wasn't interested, and her laid-back sister was!
