My home office is in my basement. I notice a real difference when I'm away from home a long time and not walking up and down the stairs 20 times a day. I find it easiest if I can work exercise into my daily routine, like walking up stairs instead of taking an elevator, parking around the edge of the lot, or the first spot I find and walking to the store.

Thanks Ken, You are right. Children do have a way of keeping one busy and happy as well.

My Mom has been in and out of hospitals. After she started watching my daughter she has been getting healthier. Also her attitude has been happier and more positive. Children have a way of bringing you happiness and keeping you busy. Good blog well written with lots of information.

I know what you mean John. I like to dance but I need to make myself get out and walk more. Not only is it good for our bodies, but the fresh (assuming you do not live in smog) is good for bodies and minds as well.

I used to walk 2 miles a day. Better than running because it's low impact - a lot of runners are needing knee surgery. But I got lazy and have to get back into it.
