Roberta, you make a good point. Most (not all, but most) of the grandparents who gather in online support groups are raising young children or elementary age. The few in our online support group with teenagers do struggle with that. One grandson went to visit his mother for the summer. Another one got a summer job. There are some taking summer school (but I don't think they are pre-college). Depending on the teenager, some are very capable of keeping themselves occupied with productive projects and others are not. It is not easy.

It would be great so see something about raising teenage grandchildren. Everything always seems to be about small children. I am thinking along the lines of interesting classes to take. Pre-college. Things like that. if you have any resources for those types of things I would love to hear.
